[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp wallet to bank funds transfer failure

On september 4th. A transaction of rupees 5000 from payzapp wallet to bank account has been failed. But the amount has been deducted from wallet and it was not refunded till date.

Customer care number not working
No response to customer support e-mail even after 24 hours (Timeline mentioned by hdfc in the acknowledgement email)
