[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — payzapp - wrong transaction

Hello,

On 19th december 2017, i transferred 3000 rupees to a wrong icici account from my hdfc payzapp account. It was supposed to be sent to my account[protected] but it got transferred to another account[protected].
Transaction id[protected]ta78zv6.
Hdfc payzapp team said, as the transaction has completed, they cannot raise the request and icici bank has to support.
I visited both the banks on 21st december 2017 and told them the incident in details and i complained through letter regarding this issue.
But no bank is ready to take the responsibility and solve the issue.
Icici bank customer care gave me the details of account but said as hdfc is the initiator of the transaction; they have to raise the request.

Hdfc bank said, as the transaction has completed, they cannot raise the request and icici bank has to support.

Please help me and refund the money or at least contact to that person and ask him to send it back.

Hello Team,

This is with regard to the previous mail which is have dropped you on 19th December 2017. The Beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) needs my bank, HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to cooperate and provide sufficient support for the easy and safe recovery of my fund of Rupees 3000.

This is so ridiculous that when the beneficiary bank (ICICI Bank) is ready to support where in HDFC bank (PAYZAPP) is lease bother not cooperating with me.
I would request you HDFC Bank (PAYZAPP) to create a case and provide me with sufficient information which is required for the ICICI bank to proceed with the easy and fair recovery of the same.
I have by attached the relevant information needed

HDFC Bank Customer Care There is no update for the past 7 days.. They are still saying that "under progress"
