[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — pending of car loan emi

Respected sir/madam,

I have a car loan at hdfc bank. This month (July) i am not able to pay the emi as my salary is not being paid by the employer, which is a private institute in guwahati for the last two months. For the last few days hdfc bank employees are calling me 2/3 times per day asking me about the emi. I simply reply that whenever salary will be in my account i shall pay the emi with late fine.

Yesterday (26-07 — 2017), one employee asked me "are there any agreement with hdfc, where it is written that i shall pay the emi only when my salary will be paid by the employer? Again she asked me about the clause and page number of the agreement where it is written that i shall pay the emi only when salary will be paid?"

Again today[protected] another employee of hdfc called me and told that my salary is already paid and i am telling lie. Then i asked him the source where from he obtained the information regarding my salary payment, which is a false/fake information. But he couldn't tell me the source.

Therefore, respected sir/madam, i request you to take proper action against these mental harassment by hdfc bank's employee.
