Sub: - harassment and man handling by personal loan department
Dear sir,
I am the resident of the above address and i was working in mnc company, i had applied for the personal loan, loan application number 39125571, on 2nd april 2016. It was rejected when i checked with the phone banking officer . After few days means today 20 april 2016, by the name karthik called me from the land line number[protected].And he said he can release the loan if i give the 2 lakh rupess as bribe, i was agree, mr karthik has collected 2 lakh rs from my house address .And he called me to visit branch office with the cheque slave and one id proof.

I visited the bank around 1pm on 20 april 2016 means today athdfc bank 2nd floor indira nagar, bmrcl cmh road, bengaluru, karnataka 560038 .They ask me to show all the document and they took all my original and they were not returning the document . After that they called branch manager prakash. He him self ask for the 3 lakh. Totally it was 5 lakh .. I was not agree and i told i will complaint to the managing director. They did not allow me to go out side and totally catch me around 7 to 8 people including security and they hit me like any thing. And they called to indira nagar police station bangalore. They locked me in conference room which is in 2nd floor.
After few minute police constable shiva kumar came from the police station of indiranagar with hoisala zeep, they took me to the indira nagar police station with the branch manager prakash and karthik both from the hdfc bank.
I have explained all the situation to the police inspector and the head constable chandrashekar, indira nagar police station.
After they release me and they explained to the bank people not to behavior like this with the customer . Mr karthik and branch manager prakask was aggree to re pay my amount, once release from police statoin they are dinied to pay my money.
From the police station it self i have called to the managing director aditya puri using the land line number[protected]
I would request you to consider this oh high priority and please terminate those employe who hit and rub me.. For the proof please visit the cctv footage of the brach 2nd floor personal loan department ..Totally 7 people has to be terminated inclusing security who was on shift on today 20 april 2016 . 1.00pm and i lost the chain of 50 gram in that man handling . And they took my pan card and election card from them, please return my chain and the my all id and address proof.
