Hello, I have defaulted some 8-10 EMIs on my PL, however, upon no response bank employee called my family member that is okay, but he shared my loan details with him, which I feel is a breach of privacy and willing to take a legal action on the same. I agree that I am a defaulter and bank has the right to take action accordingly, but does it give anyone from bank a right to share my loan details like amy overdue amount and EMIs I have defaulted? Anyways I just want to know whether sharing such details as mentioned in the initial message is allowed or not. Thats is all I want to know
