Although i am having a personal loan from this bank (Solely because of interest rate) i am very much disappointed in dealing with its executives and personnel. The ground level folks are the worst. They try treating us like them (Illiterates and unprofessional at every stage) and rude.
I have all the details and is willing to share personally if some senior folk is willing to take some responsible action and decision on this matter.
