My father (Sh. Suresh kumar) has taken personal loan from hdfc bank, has been expired in june 2010. After that hdfc bank executive contacted us and asked us to submit death certificate for same and told us no more action is required from our end. Loan account will be closed with death certificate only in this case. But, now-a-days (After 6-7 years), we are getting calls saying that matter has pulled for legal action and asked us to pay much more than which was pending at that time. Someone is harassing us for this. Need help for proper guidance and closing this matter!!!
