HDFC Bank — Personal Loan

With reference to above, I've received a notice from Advocate Amit Kumar, saying my Personal Loan is being recalled and to pay the full amount of the loan.

I had applied for a moratorium on the loan from June to August 2020, which the bank is not responding to and using as an excuse to show default in payment. They've even put a negative balance on my Savings A/c showing as loan emi recovery.

I've been in touch with various representatives of the bank since June 2020, and all of them keep saying that they will look into the matter and get back to me.

Apart from that I've also been requesting the bank for restructuring options for the loan & credit card, but there has been no response to that either.

No resolution has been provided by the bank for over 4.5 months, and now this notice?
