I am getting calls from collection agency…also mr. datta’s team visited my place home.. when i was not at home agency guys spoken to my wife very very rudely no respect was shown toward a alone lady.. by hdfc agency guys
Also they reached my office premises, talking to my colleagues, it really spoil my reputation in my professional life

He also spoke to me over the phone very rudely and threatened me that if i don’t pay the loan hdfc will repossess my property and auction it

Fortunately i have recorded his calls and i can sent it to you.
Currently i am in deep depression and the only option left for me is to commit suicide speaking frankly.
Due to sudden accident my right eye sight is lost and currently i m under medical guidance, every month i am under high expense pressure spending on my eyes.. once it is recovered i will be strong enough to pay the emi but kindly understand my pain too it is not done purposely, such thing happen suddenly in my life and all gone on toss

Dear hdfc bank, i am approving the above details myself as i am the victim of taking personal loan and not paying the further instalments of my loan
I noticed from past few months that the hdfc bank collection agents started harassing me...
Dear hdfc bank as i said due to sudden accident my right eye sight is lost and currently under medical guidance, every month i am under high expense pressure spending on my eyes.. once my eye is recovered i will be strong enough to pay the emi.
Even under so much pressure i tried my best to clear all the outstanding amounts but now i don’t have capacity to pay due amounts. & my credibility is also zero in other banks due to name in cibil.
So now i want to settle my personal loan. i have discussed mr. dutta / ganesh sakpal on phone call from kanjurmarg branch and he offered the settlement amount of 265000 but he asked me to pay 53000 in a month to start the settlement process…. i do not have the capacity to pay settlement amount of 265000 or 53000 in a month due to my financial condition bcz of my medical emergency …therefore i am agreeing to pay 120000 (part payment of 30, 000/- a month on every 27th of each month starting from may 2017)
It’s my polite request with bank kindly settle my personal loan with this small value with considering my sudden medical emergency of my eyes
As the hdfc bank harassing me day by day.. so i have decide to go for settlement...
Dear hdfc bank please show your mercy on me and please mail me and please settle my loan account as soon as possible
. i will be very grateful to you... following are my details for your convenience sir...

Dear HDFC bank, still I am getting harassment call from [protected] ...32 call
and [protected] ..8 calls ... i m currently in hsptl and these Guys calling me saying if you dont come we will come to office and house ... Its really spoiling my professional carrier
...i am updating this from my mobile

but still the follow up is on, its humble request pls inform team do not hares us, even though we had Informed bank officers, about the settlement .. kindly stop the follow up pls

Aside :- we are ready to pay 30, 000 P/M for settlement Instead of 53, 000 P/M,
kindly show you mercy on us and do the needful,
as bank team is behind us to pay 53, 000 P/M on 27th, which is hardly impossible for me due to my medical Issue, I m ready to give even PDC chq or can tranffer 30, 000/- on 27th April ... but pls consider my special case and help me and my family ..

I am waiting for Your Kind response ASAP

As i informed in mail too ... I cannot go for 53000/- Pm ... i dnt know why you guys are pressuring us soo much
... It is Ganesh Problem ...
Sorry ... If you do not understand the problem, then u r reply is only the formalities to update on the Portal

I... cannot pay you more than 150000/- p/m starting from May27th in 5month
and same line.. myself and my wife both said Ganesh ...

# I Demand a clear answer without fail ... else would like to go for further escalation ...

I am requesting and you guys are forcing again and again ... do pls understand Loans are taken for betterment of life and I have not done the crime of taking LOAN

I request you to response back ASAP ...and well in business hours and Not In midnight
