HDFC Bank — Please remove my pan card and agent code from irda portal

Please remove my PAN CARD NUMBER AND AGENT CODE FROM IRDA PORTAL. On 2nd feb 2019 i send request to Hdfc life from pune nigadi branch for removal of pan and agent code from portal, HDFC send me Cessation certificate form 1C, but still IRDA PORTAl shows my license was terminated, i want fully removal of pan and agent code from the portal. Because nowi am working with insurance industry as a maneger and this is against code of conduct of insurance industry. Please removed my pan and agent code form portl
