[Resolved] HDFC Bank — policy bond not received

I had taken the policy from hdfc life insurance in month of jan, 2017 but i did not received the policy bond till date.
I have already been contact to concern person, he says that we have dispatched your policy bond & we are not responsible.
Policy no. 18959669 scheme hdfc sl pro growth super ii.
Therefore, you are requested to help us & arrange the policy bond.

HDFC Life Customer Care's response Hi, please note that as per our records, the document was already delivered by us via Speed post with the pod no. EA[protected]IN on March 27, 2017. Incase, the customer has not received the same, kindly inform the customer to write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from the registered Email Id. We will be providing the alternate option what ever would be feasible and available with us.

Hi,
I also got a call from person named Aakash.
He tried convincing me to get the policy of 650000/- with first premium of 65000/- then further would disburse the loan of equivalent amount would give an agreement for loan for next 10 years.
