Refer to the above subjected Home Lone. After big struggle I have Transfer my Home Lone from IndiaBull to HDFC with the Commitment of 12Lks TOP UP Lone & eligibility of Rs.14Lks (As per Your Sales Team).
I have agreed to take only 12Lakhs. your Sales Team also confirmed that 12Laksh was approved. Find the attached screen short of https://portal.hdfc.com// Then they agreed to Disburse this amount once MOD done. I have done the MOD of my BT and submitted all the necessary documents on 02nd of October 2020 & your Sales team confirmed will release the Payment with in 24hrs but after 48-72hrs I got surprise that I am not eligible to get 12Lakhs. Till the MOD process complete no one informed to me. Based on your team confirmation I have Paid advance for Interior work and other Pending Civil work.
Last 2 Months I am following with your sales team but still there is no any clear update. In fact your senior people also not responding my Phone calls / Message. I don’t know the problem and why your team is silent ???
