HDFC Bank — ppf account

I had requested and filled a form of opening a ppf account in azad nagar, andheri west branch. I had paid the amount by cheque and this was done in march 2017, an employee named manali took care of it. Today after 5 months, when i visited the same branch to deposit 30, 000 in my ppf account, i get a response stating that the ppf is not even opened. I think its bank's responsibility to at least inform me if there was any pending signature, this was stuck for 5 months and that too i came to know when i visited the branch. And fyi, the same employee manali has not yet given any update, whenever i call her she ask me to call back later. The office boy helped me in finding the status of ppf account by coordinating with front desk. Can manali be little more responsible about customer's money, from and reliability

dear sir,
i was opened a PPF account by net banking through when i was filling the format bank does not give me ppf account branch.
after opened ppf account i got anna nagar Channi branch.
please transfer this account nearest branch.

i have opened a PPf account with HDFC after opening i found i got anna nagar Channi branch.
and still not receive any cheque book or hard copy of proof .
please make it near by to my bank account i ma in delhi so account in Chennai is not an use.

I have registered for a PPF account by net banking (Bank Account opened through Andheri- Marol Mumbai)
After one day my PPF account also got created but from the Anna nagar Chennai branch.
I then tried to reach out through Phone Banking who mentioned that they do not handle PPF account related queries so I reached to my home branch Andheri- Marol Mumbai and requested them for the process to transfer the PPF account to this branch for which they replied that PPF account cannot be transferred, this was totally misleading as during account opening we were not asked about the PPF branch location preference and directly created through Anna Nagar Chennai branch, therefore now it is not possible to transfer this PPF account or create a new PPF account.

I have registered for PPF account in hdfc bank through net banking and i have recieved a mail that it will be opened in next 1 working days :

"Your account will be opened in 1 working days, which can be viewed under section of Savings Scheme Account in NetBanking.

Only passbook facility is available for Public Provident Fund account, which will be dispatched to your mailing address. "

But its been 7 days and it has not been opened. When i called the customer care about the status, instead of helping me, they told me to visit the branch which is very far from my place.

Can you please look into this.

its a big problem as all of above complaint are only for the issue of account has been opened in ANNA NAGAR bracnch.
its happening with all of the peoples who are opening account through online. its by default there is no option to select the branch for account opening
Kindly rectify the system allot the branch as per account detail or as per customer response.

My account is in DLF Galleria Branch but PPF branch alloted in ANNA NAGAR -----W.T.F.

EVEN THERE IS NO RESPONSE ON ABOVE COMPLAINTS
I have open it by mistake .pls I need rupes close it and give me money back
