[Resolved] HDFC Bank — pre closing loans and emi on credit card

I have been trying to pre close the loans and emis on my credit card for past month now. Everytime i call customer care all i get to hear is we do not have update to pre-close the loans and emi due to moratorium i have taken for two months. I was able to preclose in citi bank.
