Dear sir/madam
I have taken a auto loan in hdfc bank with reff to loan account no 32464728
I want to close my loan i was visited hdfc bank in cmh road banglore they have given my outstanding statement with prepayment charges @3.54% on outstanding principal when i have taken the auto loan at that time they told after 2years no preclosure charges and even other banks also not charging any preclosure charges for closing
I was associated with hdfc bank from last 11-12years and kindly go through my track record my customer id 20474047
I request you to kindly waive of my preclosure charges and i want to clear my outstanding amount payment and kindly send my account statement to close the auto loan
Kindly do the needful and update at the earliest
