Hdfc bank has provide me with a complimentary priority pass, for which they have the offer of 12 complimentary lounge access in the airports.
And i suddenly see that i was charged for the same without any prior notice.
This is not a fair behaviour from the bank.
And if i contact the customer care service they are playing musical chairs between them and priority pass people.
