Mujhe lagta he ye hdfc bank staff me kuch harami chor he, mere credit card se amazon ke side purchase karne ki koshish karta hai, but mere pass otp message aane ke baad me bach gaya.
Me hdfc credit card costumer care call karke jab bola tab wo haramkhor chor mera sab details sun ke call disconnect kar diya, me 4time koshish kiya lekin wo call disconnect kar deta tha,

I have applied for credit card on 01/07/2017 but haven't get yet. I called several times but no one getting my call. I am very frustated about this rudness act and further decide not to get credit card as well as any services.

I am using HDFC net banking and I have transfer some amount through NEFT after adding beneficiary.But OTP for the same was not recived.
