[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — promised cash back not received for credit card transaction

Hi,
I was assured that i would receive cashbacks for two of my transaction that i did in month of december 2017.
I tried reaching out the help desk but their support desk people give conflicting advises.
At one time(in february) they assured that my transactions are valid and i need to wait for another 30 days which i did readily and next this month they said i am not eligible
how can 2 person can have different theories regarding the same issue? Highly dissatisfied
