HDFC Bank — quarterly charge deducted from my account for sms charge

I have seen the following charges in my hdfc salary account.

1. Hdfc has started charging once every quarter.

Its my salary account, should not i get privilage and deduction should not be done.

Date of deduction : 24 oct 2017
Narration : inst-alert chg inc gst jul-sep2017-mir[protected] mir[protected]
Amount deducted : 17.70

I want my money to be returned back.
