[Resolved] HDFC Bank — re-issue request for an expired credit card getting rejected, credited money on the card from few transaction remains on the expired card

My hdfc credit card got expired but unfortunately refunds from air ticket got credited. My new card was delivered to my old address but returned back. Now am trying to get back my new card so that atleast i can utilize my money on it but my request is getting rejected every time with some reason. My signature is not matching, address is incorrect etc. Right now am not in india and it became very difficult for me to follow up on this. I have been sending them request to update my signature, address etc and reissue the card but it keeps rejecting.

I have also savings account in hdfc, why can't they refund the amount to my account if they can't reissue the card.

Upon checking with customer case, they informed, new card which is not delivered will expired soon along with the money that's on it from my refund transaction.

At this moment I am not looking for replacement or new card. Please Make arrangement to return the credited amount thats on my credit card which is expired. These money are some refunded amount from airline booking and subsequent cancellation.

I have hdfc savings account, can you transfer the amount to savings account.
