HDFC Bank — receiving promotional loan calls from hdfc on daily basis, despite of my request to not disturb me daily

Receiving promotional loan calls from hdfc on daily basis, despite of my refusal for same (Not interested as if now) and requested to not to disturb me giving daily calls.

I also activated the dnd on my mobile but still i am getting these promotional calls from hdfc.
These calls are disturbing as getting them daily. Even sometimes getting multiple times in the day.
