I have recharged my docomo sim for 50 rs through hdfc netbanking (I tried four times) and tried my ideal sim for 20 rs. But the recharge amount is not credited. I thought there was a network problem. I was in a bit urgent.. All the times the recharge amount only debited from my account. But there is not recharge happened. Finally i went a recharge shop and i recharged my phone. The ref# are[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].. I have contacted the hdfc customer support through web forum. But i was really disappointed with their reply towards my concern. They are asking me to contact bsnl customer care. So i thought this is the best way to communicate with them. If this issue is not resolved, i am going to change my bank for sure. Was this information helpful? |
