HDFC Bank — Recharge amount not credited to my fastag wallet id [protected]

I havecharged with my credit card on 25/09/2020 at 23.52.30 with rs 3600/- and got confirmation from bank my account is debited but to my surprise the same is not reflect to my wallet no [protected] my id[protected] i request to resolve the same as i am in travelling
