Hi,
I have redeemed points and amount was credited on 2nd September 2020 and the same amount reversed on 3rd September 2020.
And also I have discussed with customer care executive and they are saying you are swiping from the same merchant that is the reason the points will not come and I agree with that there is no issue.
My concern is already I have some points and redeemed and got some amount and reversed same. So how they did lapsed points and reversed amount once I redeemed?????
