I have given the address change request in the hdfc bank in visakhapatnam. Earlier we are in vijayawada. Now shifted to visakhapatnam. I have given the request in the online complaint also. No body bothered to call also. Now my card is getting expired in this month. And the bank is sending the card to the old address. The hdfc bank is have a such a bad services towards its customer. Today i have called to the customer care also but they refused to take the complaint. I have given the complaint in the mail to them but i dont thing they will take any action on this issue. So i want to complaint it in the consumer forum. Please take action on this issue at the earliest. At the tome of taking the card they do 100 of call to the customer and request to take the card. At the time of the services they will not do any service. Veru bad service from the hdfc bank.
