I have order one item from shopclues app. But for some reasons i have cancel my order on 29/06/17. I have done payment via hdfc netbanking. They text me that your refund will show in your account bu 9/07/17. They have given me one transaction id to get contact with hdfc branch with this transaction id. With this id branch had register my complaint, bank sms me that action will bw taken with in three working days, but there is no action taken by bank for amount till today31/07/17. I want that bank will do their action imediately.
