[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund amount has not credited in my hdfc account

I have ordered air pump compressor through Amazon and I paid Rs.659 using hdfc NetBank. After some days I have returned it. While tracking the return status, they have mentioned that refund has issued to your bank. But I did not get it yet. If the refund not credited in my account on or before October 28th, 2017, they asked to discuss with bank. I have attached screenshots for your reference.
