Hello sir/madam, I am Beenu Sharma customer of your bank for last 4 years holding account . I purchased a mobile phone via Amazon due some technical issue they cancelled my order. I talked to the Amazon customer service, they said that my amount has been refunded on 9 Oct 2020 . But amount is not credited to my account. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible .
