I have ordered vitamin b12 from amazon.com on 24 may 2018 by mistake as my debit card is registered my amount deducted from my account rs 3876.35. After few minutes i have cancelled the order till date my amount is not refunded in account. I spoke to amazon.com. They told me that they recive money from bank when ur product shipped. As amount is in hold with hdfc bank. So i spoke to hdfc customer care but no action taken. My registered no is [protected]
