[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Refund deducted minimum balance charges

Hello sir/madam my account open with zero balance salary acc with number [protected]. Two days ago i met mr amit sehgal branch incharge he listen my problem & his rm mr nitin refuse me to refund minimum balance charges and ask me to close your all accounts bank can't bother. Asper rbi guide line this charge wave from 2015. My husband an my son account also with hdc bank with same branch number is [protected] &[protected]. This is my humble request to you kindly refund me deducted charges.

Hi Team

1430 rs has been debited from my HDFC account. It's showing as DCD. What does it means?? Bank has no proper response
