[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Refund for my ECS deduction

Hi Team,

I have paid my penalty of rupees 400 to HDFC housing loan for cheque bounce, and for the same reason HDFC bank deducted Rs 1000 from my account, request you to please refund my 1000 rs to my account ASAP

As a HDFC customer for the past 6 years it is very disappointing, if the feedback is negative I have to switch out of HDFC services, please find the details below,
