Hi,
On 20th of sept, 2019, i made a transaction of 12, 999 which i had to cancel within an hour. I got the confirmation email from amazon for cancellation and the order canceled successfully.
In the mail it was mentioned, it would take up to 5 business days for the refund to process to my account.
After that period i got a little worried because, and contacted amazon they said the has been successfully processed from their side and the refund reference number is 024748 (And the order id is[protected].
After that, i contacted the bank customer service lots of the time they are giving the same answer that it has to cancel from amazon's side. And all the time different solutions they are giving, once they mentioned writing to customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com, i did. Today i got a reply from them to wait for 15 days after canceling the order for a refund to be processed.
But 15 days have been already passed. I replied to them within an hour of getting a reply from them but again they will take 2 working days to reply to me.
I am attaching all the screenshot of amazon's reply with the refund reference number and bank's reply as well.
Thanks to all the people in advance, who are going to look into this issue.
