Payzapp customer care told me that money 1620 has been refunded same to your source card number ending 0785, on 11 july 2017. Reference no
Arn no:74799207189000900234737.
But

Sbi bank manager said: sbi said reference number is generated from payzapp. They told me i have no information yet, so how can i help you. Please contact your payzapp customer care.
