[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Refund Issue

To whom so ever it may concern.

We ordered a product from amazon and paid through net banking, however the order got cancelled. The refund was initiated from amazon within 5 days of cancellation as discussed with amazon customer care, however the amount is still not credited to our account.

This is not the first time that we have not received refunds from your bank even after 15 working days. We don't expect this kind of derogatory response from you. My account belongs to the corporate branch of hdfc mumbai.

We would appreciate if you could initiate the refund as soon as possible.
