[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — refund my amount which i swiped two times in a departmental store

Dear team,

I swiped my debit card in west saidapet departmental store on 27th june'2017 in two times for the same bill for the amount of rs.256.62/- and i raised a complaint on 13th july for this # 1357418 and still i didn't get any response from your team. I lost my patient since it is almost 10 business days has completed and the issue has not yet resolved.

Whom i need to contact to escalate to next level.

Please check and assist me at the earliest.

My debit card ending with 5130.
