Hdfc bank is not crediting a refund for an amazon order processed by amazon on 21/9/17, the customer service executive of hdfc replied saying that this has been credited on the same day in my bank account but it has been not. I've checked my bank statement and have forwarded this to hdfc too. Amazon has provided the reference number for the refund and i've given all the details to the bank. The refund amount is rs.9, 499.00.
