this is in regarding my fastag wallet balance refund. below is the detail for same. i have applied for deactivating my current fastag as it was not working well. it got de-activated on[protected] and i was suppose to get my refund within next 8-10 working days but till now i've not received any update on same.
now requesting you to process the same as soon as possible without any further delays as already 10-11 monnths are gone and i've not received any update.
i've mailed to "fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com" many times ad also called customer care but not a single update from team.
