HDFC Bank — Refund not reflecting on account. Very poor customer service and bank branch was unable to solve the problem.

It's been 5 days now and my refund amount is still not showing in my account. Here's the RNN hCE[protected]Sz5. Please update the status.

I tried calling customer care wasted 3 hours but no solution I even visited nearest branch but they did not provide me solution but email address.
Please reach out to me. I have already wasted my time on call and by visiting the bank. Right now I'm very frustrated please respond quickly or else I'll investigate myself and pinpoint the problem that you guys are lacking and bring it Infront of everyone.
