[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — refund of 100$ not received in bank account

A refund was initiated on 16th of april by an international merchant. The refund amount was 100$. But i am yet to receive it in my account, how can i get it any sooner? I have merchant confirmation screenshot. I would like this to be resoloved as soon as possible. I have mentioned my contact details above. I cannot contact the bank directly because of phone call restrictions put in place due to the coronavirus. Waiting for an immediate resolve.

If its not credited within the timeframe, request you to send us the duly filled and signed form which is available at the link https://bit.ly/35UEW5B to cc.[protected]@hdfcbank.com along with the refund confirmation proof from the merchant to enable us do the needful.
