[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund of deducted amount from payzapp wallet.

This is ajay soni and i am using payzapp. One time i was transferring money from my payzapp wallet to my hdfc saving account ([protected]) at 8/09/17 while transferring i put 4500 rs and continued. The amount has been detected from my wallet and couldn't come to my hdfc saving account. The transaction details i got as failed due to some technical errors. I got one msg from payzapp they i will get refund of my money within 5 working days but i haven't got my money back yet neither in my wallet not in my hdfc saving account. Now it has been more than one week. Plz help me to resolve that issue. I want my money back. Do something as soon as possible or you just give me any suggestion regarding possible ways to get money back.

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Hi,
There was a technical glitch which was being identified and it has been fixed. Due to this issue customers were not able to load money and transfer the money. The issue has been resolved from our end. The failed transactions will be refunded to customers in source card within 5 working days time.
