HDFC Bank — Refund of IPO Mandate after cancellation

25th Oct, 2024, received a sms from HDFC on Mandate for Rs 13527.00 could not be cancelled due to IR.

Till that day, I could see the money on hold by Bank in my account.

Its still showing pending in Gpay as awaiting for withdrawal by Bank.

The SMS on not able to refund was from bank, both Gpay and Zerodah both confirmed its Bank needs to unlock my money.

It was on hold at bank but now bank is not unlocking the funds for use.
