We were in discussion with HDFC bank for commercial property loan in Mar 2020. But due to covid situation we cancelled the plan for purchasing the property and in consequence the loan application as well. The loan application was partially filled and not submitted when we cancelled it. Still, before the submission of the application the HDFC agent took the processing fee with GST and this was debited from our account even without the completion of the entire application submission. Since May 2020, we are requesting the refund of this amount 44250 rupees constantly with HDFC (Navi Peth, Pune) employees at various levels via phone and emails in vain. After raising grievance complaints on the HDFC portal, one of the employee took more than a month and concluded to pay only 12500 rupees and deduct 5310 rupees as administrative expenses.
Kindly look into this issue asap.
Please refund our entire amount of rupees 44250 which was wrongly deducted without the process completion. Was this information helpful? |
