HDFC Bank — refund of product purchased from online shopping site

I have return the product purchased from online shopping site myntra. But i did not get the refund amount from the bank. I have raised the complaint about this to myntra also but they given me the confirmation about refund. They instantiated the return amount to the bank. Myntra has provide me the the bank reference number is - [protected] but still i did not received the amount.
Kindly look into this asap.
