I have a saving account in hdfc branch. On 20th july i used my card for the payment of 550₹, that payment was failed but the amount was deducted from my account. Reference no is[protected] and my account number is [protected]. Please refund my payment. Also attaching letter issued on 16.09.17 by credited account holder. I also post many compliments on [protected]@hdfcbank.com but nothing is done till date.
