Hi, i am using the payzapp to transfer the amount to my bank account. On 04/09/17 01:19 pm i transferred 5000 to payzapp to my icici bank account. But the account number made wrongly entered 5000 it is not a valid account number. But the amount was debit in my payzapp wallet. But still now the amount was not get back to my payzapp wallet. I can't to contact payzapp customer care. This is very disappointment i trust the hdfc bank so that i use this app but it's very disappointment like this happend transaction is is[protected]fp69iz3 please refund the amount to payzapp wallet.

I already raise the complaint but not response still now.my mobile number is [protected].i am a non HDFC account holder.I have credit card login only. I also mentioned the transaction ID.Please resolve the issue and refund my amount as soon as possible.
