I owned a hdfc regalia credit card which had an offer of 12 complimentary lounge access free across india every year. I had been using this offer but suddenly hdfc decided to remove this offer without any kind of email or sms notification. Due to this, i was charged for the lounge access in june and july. When i complained regarding this, hdfc customer care blatantly replied that they had updated their website.
I don't think this should be allowed, as any thing chargeable should be informed by a message or email or post. Was this information helpful? |
