I had done transaction of 7450 rs on 9 september 2016. Due to technical problem one transaction was not done then i did second transaction. As i got message that i did two transaction.in my next month credit card statement both the transaction amount shown due. On 10th september 2016 only i did complain on customer care and find out to e mail id from hdfc bank. As per e mail id given on site i have given filled complaint with merchant bank statement, his consent form. Many times i sent mails but maximum time it got bounced back. I informed to customer care also.
Customer care told me to wait 60-90 days to resolve the issue. After 90 days again i find our other e mail ids and send many mails to them. Some time mails went sometime that also bounced back.
I got mail that they revived complaint and will revert in 50 days and send complain form. Again i send many times but max time it bounced back.
From last 11 months issue is same and not getting resolved.
Sometime customer care says that i am late to inform to bank and sometime says its in process. I am not able to understand what to do???
