[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding credit card one assist membership fees | |||
I got hdfc bharat credit card 2 to 3 days ago with a limit of 25000. Today hdfc charge of rs. 1300/- as a insurance of my credit card, and now today my new limit available is rs. 23700/-. My question is that, when the bank employee call me for a new credit card. I ask her, whether there is any kind of charge, annual fees or any other fees relating to credit card. But she says no, there is no fees, charges for your credit card. This credit card is life time free for you. Then how bank debit rs. 1300/- from credit card. Please it's is heartily request from you, deactivate all type of services from my card, which are payable. And give me my rs. 1300/- as a credit to my card. Or you can disregister my credit card and take it from me. Now it's up to you, it is your choice. Otherwise i will go to take a legal action against bank as well as employee because i have a full call recording of your executive, in that she not explaining me any kind of fees or charges.
