The women calling me was behaving so badly for the payment of rs 2000. She was actually telling me why did u use card when u cant pay. Its 1month my card payment got delay. I told her will pay once i receive my salary. She told me do u need salary for this.
If hdfc cant teach her cuatomer care executive how to behave... Just shut down that department. Hdfc charging me money for my late payment

As you are aware, payment of atleast the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of the total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. We request you to effect payment towards the total amount due within the payment due date to avoid levy of charges. We request you to share the executive name and contact number to enable us to review and assist you in this regard. we wish to clarify that, payments for at least the minimum amount due needs to reach the bank within the payment due date to keep the account active. We take this opportunity to clarify that the bank was not in receipt of payment towards the minimum amount due since February 2018 statement. In view of the same, our bank representative had contacted you at the numbers recorded with us to communicate the outstanding and facilitate payment towards the same. We assure you that the contacts were established only to ensure that your card account was active and available for your usage. While we have explained the circumstances as above, we regret the inconvenience caused to you.
