HDFC Bank — regarding delay in the loan process for more than two months

This is Ayyappan, from Chennai, Tamilnadu. I have approached HDFC bank for my two Wheeler loan on 26/06/2017 directly. HDFC representative Mr. Rakesh came to my house on the same day and I have given all the necessary documents he asked including podated cheques. After five days I got my loan approval no.49072042. After that no response from your side. Even I do know the status of my loan. So, I decided to quit my loan. I kindly request you to return my loan documents as quick as possible.
